Common questions
Does the plan cover one event or my account?
You buy Standard, Full and Remote for one event. The next tournament on the same account starts free again, until you book a plan for it. Season is the exception: one yearly price for up to 30 events.
Can I upgrade during the tournament?
Yes. In the event setup you switch plans when more teams join, or when you need colours and sponsors. The new plan applies to that event.
When is Season worth it?
Once several big events fall in the same year. The page shows the sum: a few times Full against the yearly price. When Season is lower, it is the cheaper way, and there is still room for more tournaments. Each one includes the field planner, colours and sponsors.
What is the Remote plan?
Remote is for online events without fields. Colours, logo and sponsors are included. The field planner is not. There is no team cap. You pay once for that event.
Do I need a card to start?
No. A new event starts on Starter, free up to eight teams. You only pay when you book a larger plan.
Where does the team entry fee go?
The entry fee is separate from the plan. It is paid through Stripe to your own Stripe account.
