Placeholder

When you enter the final round, the winners are often not yet decided. You set a placeholder, for example “First in Group A” or “Second in Group B”.

Once the group is through and you start the next phase, the placeholder becomes the real team name.

You set up a game for third place as a single game in the final phase and use the two teams as soon as the semi-finals have been played.
