Placeholders

When you build the final round, the winners are often not known yet. You set a placeholder, for example “Winner of group A” or “Runner-up group B”.

Once the group is done and you start the next phase, the placeholder becomes the real team name.

Add a third-place match as a single match in the last phase and put the two teams in once the semi-finals are played.
