Invite co-organizers

Helpers get access via email and only see the areas that you check.
Under Participants you invite co-organizers with their email. You tick what they are allowed to touch: setup, participants, structure, planner, results or publishing.
If you don't have a hook in an area, you won't get there. This means the cash register can see the registrations without having to restructure the game plan.
