Name, email, country and class per team. The list can be pulled as a CSV at any time, for example for the documents.
Who is playing? Everything is in one place.
Team name, contact person, squad, logo and cabin. What would otherwise be in three emails and an Excel list, you maintain here once. Everyone in the organization team sees the same status.

What's inside
squad
Enter players per team. When you register online, the squad comes with you, one line per person.
Cabin and logo
The cabin number is available directly from the team. The logo appears on the live page next to the name.
Co-organizers
Invite helpers via email and check what they are allowed to do: setup, participants, structure, planner, results or publishing.
Own results link
Each team gets its own link and reports results from their cell phone directly into the table.
Hand over event
If the board changes, the owner will transfer the event to a different email address. Everything remains intact.

One team cancels, another moves up.
You change the name in the list. The schedule, table and live page immediately show the new team. Nobody reprints anything, and the coaches of the other teams just notice that their opponent now has a different name.

Frequently asked questions
Will viewers see team email addresses?
No. Only the team name, country and logo appear publicly. Only the organization team sees contact details.
Can I take over the teams from last year?
Yes. Copy the event with teams. Then you have the team list and settings and just change the date.
How many teams can I create?
In the free starter plan up to 8, in the standard plan up to 60, in the full plan without limit.
